RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges 

Although we take care of all the tiny details, but incase you are not 100% satisfied with the fit or the quality of the product - we have a 7 Day No-Questions-Asked Exchange/Return Policy.

  • In case an item does not meet your expectations, you can directly raise an exchange/return request¬†here.¬†
  • Incase you face any issue while creating the exchange/return request or have any special request, just reach out to us¬†here¬†on whatsapp.
  • Return and Exchanges will be reviewed and honoured¬†up to¬†7 days from the date of the order delivered¬†( inclusive of the date of delivery ).
  • Return products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags with which they are shipped.¬†If the tags are tampered with or¬†broken, then the product will not be accepted for return.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability. An exchange could take place¬†only once.¬†
  • For returns post the exchange of the product, you could choose to either ship the order to the return address, or¬†the shipping handling charges, ‚āĻ150 will be deducted from the refund amount and the reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
  • For both Return/ Exchange, the tracking details will be sent¬†to you via whatsapp/email to keep you informed and updated. See you soon :)
  • Products under the 'CLEARANCE SALE'¬†category will be treated as final sale.¬†All sales will be final sale and no Exchange or Return requests shall be accepted for items on clearance sale.

Refunds

In case you’ve returned a product, we provide a full refund to you guys. 

  • For Pre-Paid order, your money will directly be refunded back to your source account.you will have the flexibility to choose between getting your refund directly to your bank / wallet or store credits.
  • Once we receive¬†he product, within 2 days it will go through our routine quality check process. We will notify you¬†via whatsapp/email¬†to let you know if your refund is rejected due to your product failing the Quality check.
  • If the product passes the Quality Check¬†- the amount will be credited and reflected via your original mode of payment within¬†4-6¬†days.
  • For¬†COD order, you will be sent a link and will have the flexibility to choose between getting your refund directly to your bank / wallet or store credits.¬†
  • For all COD payments, the COD handling charges of ‚āĻ100¬†will be deducted from the total refund amount.
