SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping inside India is free of cost (for prepaid orders), we use reliable courier companies like, Delhivery to ship the products which are completely insured. Generally, for Cash On Delivery orders, the courier company calls you before delivery. In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.
An extra fee is added for COD payments, which will be reflected in your total order amount. 

We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

At Spirit Animal, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

  • In case an item does not meet your expectations, you can request for its return/exchange via email at support@spiritanimal.in. 
  • Return and Exchanges will be reviewed and honoured up to 7 days from the date of the order delivered (inclusive of the date of delivery).
  • Return products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags with which they are shipped. 

  • If the tags are tampered with or broken, then the product will not be accepted for return.

  • The refund amount will be credited within 7-10 working days after the product is received in our warehouse. 

  • Incase the delivery details entered are incomplete/incorrect, please write us a mail confirming the same on support@spiritanimal.in along with you order number. 
  • For your placed order, total 3 attempts are made. Incase the customer is not available for the delivery at that time of the attempts, a return will be initiated back to us. 
  • For all COD payments, the COD handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount and will be provided via Store Credits/ Coupons, which can be redeemed in your next purchase from us.

  • For returns on Store credits/ Coupons, the refund will be made in the form of  Store credits/ Coupons.
  • If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. An exchange could take place only once
  • For returns post the exchange of the product, you could choose to either ship the order to the return address, or the shipping handling charges, ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount and the reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
  • All orders are dispatched within 24-36 hrs of the date of placement of the order.
  • It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you updated, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Please allow 10-14 business day for your refund to be credited to your bank account/ wallets.
  • Full refund along with shipping charges in case of manufacturing defect or damaged product received.
  • Size 6 orders are custom made orders and are excluded from the first free exchange policy. Incase of any exchange/ return of a size 6 article, a fee of Rs. 150 will be charged along with the custom making charges of the product.
